I won't be asking you to stare at a candle and empty your mind. This is a valid and wonderful way to meditate, but I, frankly, sucked at it.

The type of meditation I do every day and teach others to do is an active and engaging way to take a refreshing break from the rumination about something in your life, and instead observe it: could be a dream, a relationship, a challenge, a place in your body, joy itself.

In doing so, you will see - often for the first time - what is happening on a body level, an energy level.

 

And watch what happens after just a few minutes of this kind of observation... :)

This 30day roadtrip is quite a ride. It was recorded *live* and just like a proper roadtrip, has a lot of unexpected twists and turns. I believe this is what makes it so special. There is a lot of amazing energy gathered around these meditations and to notice the effects of this, you’ll really want to *feel* these meditations with your body – even more than hearing every word.

 

**Important: Because this eKit was recorded LIVE, you will find in the audios some banter, and funny-starts. Including a dog-sitting fiasco if I don't succeed in editing it out ;)**

Day 27: this meditation will put you head and shoulders above the ‘rest’ 😉 We turn thinking backwards. Figuring great things out in our lives might be more about growing the ‘light bulbs’ that are already in our heads rather than searching for answers outside.

 

Day 28: Today, a meditation about courage, and the last few minutes are optional. Only if you feel ok with it, ok?

 

Day 29: I have been waiting for 29 days to share this with you, and I think you might just be astonished at this body insight. It’s a doozie.

 

Day 30: Our closing *ceremony* - your GRADUATION! - and an honour to the energy you bring to the table here.
